2) Rural Aleppo - Safira: a call for relief as a result of the continuous warplane and heavy artillery shelling of the city for around a month now, which daily causes terrible massacres and large-scale destruction in the city, and the lack of basic necessities for survival, including food, fuel, electricity and communications. We emphasise that Safira city is stricken in all senses of the word. The relief office in the city communicated with the relief office in Bab al-Salameh a number of times and no help has been offered until now, with the excuse that there is a lack of relief goods. For this reason, we direct the appeal to all competent relief agencies and to those who are interested in solving the problem as soon as possible.
